Which file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF Format only

 

Can I customize my print preferences?
Yes, you can choose paper size, type, color options, and binding preferences.

 

How long does it take to complete an order?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours.

 

Can I preview my print before it’s finalized?
We will print the uploaded files as is. If you need to verify or alter the file please visit our ship.

 

What are the Delivery Options Available? 
We have 2 types of Delivery Porter Bike Delivery & Courier Service within Chennai.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?  
No, you can place an order for even a single print.

 

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, once you receive the email confirmation, you can stop by and pick up your prints at your convenience.

 

Can I track my order status?
You will receive an email notification both before and after the job is completed, keeping you updated throughout the process

 

Can I change my order after submission? 
You can contact us immediately for changes depending on the order status we will do what we can.
