At Adyar Students Xerox Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital printing services tailored to meet your unique specifications. We take great care in ensuring that every print job is executed to the highest standard. However, due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


1. Customized Products

All our products are custom-made according to the details provided by the customer, including size, media, design, and content. As these products are unique and personalized, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the printing process has been initiated.


2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

While we strive to meet all your expectations, we understand that errors can occur. In the following situations, you may be eligible for a refund or reprint:

  1. Incorrect Size or Media: If the final product does not match the size or media specifications provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
  2. Printing Errors: If there is a discrepancy between the agreed-upon design and the final printed product, such as incorrect colours, orientation, or finishing options, that is not a result of customer-provided files.
  3. Product Damage During Delivery: If the product arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the damage.


3. Requesting a Refund or Reprint

To request a refund or reprint, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email at social@sxindia.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs of the product.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a reprint or issue a refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or reprints will not be provided in the following situations:

  1. Customer Errors: If the error in the final product is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as wrong sizes, spelling mistakes, or incorrect design files.
  2. Colour Variations: Slight colour variations between on-screen proofs and printed products are normal due to the differences in monitor and printer settings and are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after the printing process has started.


5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.


6. Quality Assurance

To avoid any issues, we recommend that all customers carefully review their proofs and order details before approving the print job. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during the order process to ensure complete satisfaction.
